CBA rolls out Android-based bank account app

Australian financial services provider Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has launched a new bank account app for Android-powered devices, media outlet computerworld.com.au reports.

According to the source, the newly-introduced app is based on the company’s NetBank online banking platform. The app is set to enable users to check account balances, view transaction history, fund transfers and pay bills, the source reports.

The financial institution counts USD 649,642 million in assets and over 1,000 branches nationally.
