The offer was initially designed to end on 30 September and applied to purchase transactions made in India via Barclays Classic Debit Card, Barclays Platinum Debit Card or Barclays Gold Business Card. However, due to positive customer response, banking authorities prolong to offer with a view to tapping into increased customer payment volumes due to the approaching holiday season.
The Barclays 10 percent cash back offer applies to shopping transactions and restaurant bill payments. ATM transactions are not included, and customers need a minimum of 3 POS transactions every month to qualify.
