Following an extensive planning and implementation schedule, ATMOS was able to execute a seamless switchover to Bradford & Bingley from its previous service provider. The transfer was successfully completed in late October when the service went live. The contract covers a cardholder base of 225,000 cards and also includes a 24/7, (365 days a year) hot card helpdesk service, handling calls from customers whose cards have been lost or stolen.
