AisleBuyer offers multi-channel checkout service

US-based mobile payments start-up AisleBuyer has introduced a multi-channel checkout service to retailers and shoppers.

AisleBuyer’s multi-channel checkout service enables shoppers to use a single application for both in-store mobile self-checkout and mobile ordering of items for home delivery. Customers are able to scan barcodes, read product information and reviews, receive discounts and check out without waiting in line and also make online purchases as part of a single transaction from one application.

Additionally, the app provides shoppers with the ability to create personalized wish and gift lists, and save items for future reference. They can also browse a retailers entire product catalogue from the app which can be purchased in-store or online. The app is available for iPhone and Android devices.

In recent news, AisleBuyer has added card capture technology to its mobile retail services to enable users accept or make mobile payments.
