US-based technology provider Virtual Piggy has entered a partnership with JumpStart, an educational software developer used by more than 30 million parents.

JumpStart has developed a technology which enables simultaneous gameplay on mobile devices and online platforms that will be showcased in an upcoming educational multiplayer game set to be launched during summer 2013.

The company has also launched a series of mobile games including JumpStart Pet Rescue, JumpStart Preschool Magic of Learning and a customisable online 3D world for kids as well as educational games which include Math Blaster.

Virtual Piggy promotes financial management while allowing youth under 18 to make purchasing, saving and other money management decisions for themselves, within the boundaries set up by parents. The technology serves as a family wallet that is available online or via mobile.

In recent news, Virtual Piggy has partnered with UK-based retailers Toy Galaxy and Toadstool to integrate the Virtual Piggy solution into both companies e-commerce businesses.
