Under the agreement, the Retail Mobile POS application is set to allow merchants to answer product questions, provide personal services and check out their customers using iOS devices. The application also integrates with Shift4s payment gateway dubbed Dollars On The Net, which allows for pre- and post-settlement auditing and reporting.
Shift4 serves more than 20,000 clients in several industries, including hospitality, retail, food & beverage, mail/telephone order and e-commerce. In recent news, Shift4 has integrated with e-commerce services provider Magento.
