Nextel deploys Amdocs CRM

Nextel has successfully deployed the latest release of Amdocs CRM as part of a strategic initiative to help enhance the customer experience for Nextel’s more than 15 million subscribers.

The Amdocs CRM solution is integrated with the Amdocs Billing product that is already in place at Nextel. The billing and CRM system is designed to allow Nextel to manage its customers in an integrated fashion, creating an enhanced customer experience, while reducing costs and increasing operational efficiency. Using Amdocs ClarifyCRM, Nextel will provide all customer-facing representatives real-time access to relevant customer information, so they can identify each customer’s needs, and then consistently act on that insight to provide the most pertinent and timely offerings. As a result, Nextel is better positioned to deliver seamless and consistent customer service across all customer touch points, whether via the Web, phone, or in store, reducing costs and improving operational efficiencies, while building stronger customer relationships. This will help better serve Nextel’s customers, while maximizing customer value and loyalty.
