ICICI Bank adds new features to mobile banking services

India-based financial services provider ICICI Bank has added new features to its mobile banking services to enable customers to use the Interbank Mobile Payment (IMPS) service, online media outlet thehindubusinessline.com reports.

According to the source, the new features include funds transfer, prepaid mobile recharge and paying of insurance premiums which is currently available for ICICI Life Insurance customers.

In recent news, ICICI Bank has rolled out a Facebook application, dubbed the “Your Bank Account” application, which allows users to access their account information and mini-statements as well as apply for debit cards and request chequebooks. Users will also receive updates and banking news on their Facebook Wall.
