Dobson Communications Selects Qpass Prosperity Series Software

Dobson Communications the largest independent rural operator in the United States, has signed a multi-year agreement with Qpass for the new Service Bureau edition of Prosperity Series software. Dobson will use the service for its Dobson Cellular and CellularOne brands, on both its GSM/GPRS and TDMA networks.

Prosperity Series Service Bureau is a managed application that gives rural network operators a rapid time-to-market solution for building and operating a valueadded services business. Consumer applications such as custom ringtones, premium messaging, and games may be offered over any network, selecting from over 10,000 pre-integrated applications available from Qpass QuickStart program members. Prosperity Series provides functionality for managing activities such as partner relationship management, offer management, controlling access to content, charging, multiparty settlements, reporting, and customer care, allowing carriers to generate incremental revenue from their advanced networks.
