Yoyo launches omnichannel platform for retail customers

Yoyo has launched a new omnichannel platform, enabling retailers to deliver a streamlined experience to customers, whether they shop in-store or online.

Yoyo has combined its in-store digital payments and loyalty experience with an ecommerce solution. Its omnichannel platform will reward customers with personalised cross-channel shopping experiences and it aims to deliver an upgraded strategy to increase customer lifetime value and long-term profits for retailers.

Planet Organic and new Yoyo partner Revital are amongst the first retailers to roll out this omnichannel experience to their customers. Yoyo’s other retail partners include SOHO Coffee, Patisserie Valerie, and Caffè Nero.

In 2018, Patisserie Valerie has partnered with Yoyo to introduce a combined mobile payments and loyalty app experience to Patisserie Valerie customers.
