Tuesday 5 October 2021 11:06 CET | News

Worldline has partnered with travel technology company Nordic NDC to improve the ability of SMEs in Nordic and Baltic countries to offer airline tickets.

The strategic agreement between Worldline and Nordic NDC will cater to the needs of small and medium-sized travel operators that wish to increase their presence in the Nordic region. As part of the partnership, Nordic NDC and their partner AARON GROUP will provide the multi-source booking tool ‘Symphony’ and the data integration hub ‘Atlas’ that travel agencies will use. In combination with Worldline’s payment solutions and Payment System as A Service, it is now possible for agencies to use new online booking technology.

The partnership will allow Worldline to increase its presence in the Nordic area in terms of acquiring and gateway solutions. The payment service benefits customers but also a range of travel businesses. The bundle solution will facilitate an omnichannel process, which will dramatically help customer engagement as well as customer retention.

By joining forces, Worldline and Nordic NDC, as expressed in the press release, will be able to accelerate their growth in markets across Northern Europe, including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland as well as Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
