The North Face Europe selects EasyAsk for new website search capabilities

The North Face, an outdoor brand and a division of VF Outdoor, has selected EasyAsk, a provider of natural language software and solutions for ecommerce and business applications, to deliver updated website search and navigation on 11 websites for its key European business units located in 9 countries.

The markets in question are UK, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, France, Italy, Spain and Austria.

The updated website search helps customers find the required products across multiple channels. Visitors can now utilize EasyAsk’s natural language and voice capabilities to specify what they require in their local language and, hence provide them with an updated search experience as an alternative to traditional keyboard search.
