Annoushka launches ecommerce platform powered by Salesforce

Salesforce and Tryzens have announced that luxury jewellery retailer Annoushka has launched an ecommerce platform across EMEA and APAC built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

This platform offers personalised experiences, integrates video live chat with personal shoppers, comes with more payment options and search and analytics tools.

According to the press release, Annoushka is currently exploring how various A/B testing impacts customer behaviours.

The platform has enabled Annoushka to streamline the customer experience across every channel, including the online presence.
