Mullen Group, a provider of transportation and logistics services to the oil and natural gas industry in western Canada, has entered an agreement with Amalto Technologies, a provider of business-to-business integration and electronic document exchange services, to provide Mullen Group with e-invoicing solution for its PeBen and Withers business units.

Amaltos e-Business Cloud solution is integrated with Mullens primary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and enables e-invoice exchanges with high-volume customers.

The agreement is an extension to an initial contract from 2011 in which Amalto provides support to three of Mullens business units.

Amaltos e-Business Cloud solution operates with any back-office accounting system or ERP as well as with all major e-commerce marketplaces and hubs. Additionally, the solution can accommodate a variety of formats, transport protocols and business document types such as invoices, purchase orders, quotes and field tickets.

Amalto is a provider of solutions enabling electronic business-to-business transactions between oil and gas trading partners.

In recent news, Amalto has launched Field-to-Finance, a solution that combines electronic field ticketing and electronic invoicing to address days sales outstanding (DSO).
