Beanworks launches Beanworks 4.0 AP automation service

Beanworks, a provider of cloud platform for automating and centralizing accounting processes for the mid-tier market, has launched Beanworks 4.0, a cloud-based platform that automates the accounts payable (AP) workflow.

Beanworks 4.0 adds a feature set for complex organizational structures (multiple legal entities, multiple locations, multiple business units and other), a Purchase Order (PO) module to combine POs with invoices, as well as the capability to designate user roles and permissions based on budget line item, amount or project.

Beanworks is a Canada-based company founded in 2012 with a mission to supply a configurable cloud based accounting services.
