Accusoft, DCT partner to deliver AP automation to SMBs

Accusoft, a US-based provider of document, content and imaging services, has entered a partnership with Document Capture Technologies (DCT), a mobile scanning technology provider, to deliver Accounts Payable (AP) automation to small-to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

Under the agreement, DCT’s SimpleScan Connect service is set to be able to route invoices to Accusoft’s Prizm Capture cloud-based AP processing service, eliminating manual data entry for invoices.

SimpleScan Connect acts as an on-ramp to Prizm Capture, using desktop scanners, drag and drop desktop folders or mobile apps to capture an image of the invoice. Then in Prizm Capture, users can verify the data the cloud-based AP processing service has extracted from the invoice image supplied by SimpleScan and post the invoice to QuickBooks (desktop or online).

Accusoft provides an array of document, content and imaging services such as client-server applications, mobile apps, online and cloud services and software development kits (SDKs).
