Signifyd extends its partnership with Adobe Commerce

US-based Signifyd has extended its partnership with Adobe Commerce to become an integrated fraud protection provider for the latter’s Payment Services. 

Expanding this partnership allows the development of a broader network that offers improved insight into transaction intelligence required to safeguard merchants from fraudulent activities and attacks. Considering that siloed data continues to be an issue for several payment participants who want to have full visibility into the identity and intent behind online transactions, companies develop solutions that minimise friction and reduce vulnerabilities to fraud attacks.

The integration’s objective and capabilities

Through the integration of Signifyd’s Commerce Protection Platform into Payment Services for Adobe Commerce, the two companies support the current acknowledgement that ecommerce participants are embracing innovation to optimise the payment layer from the beginning to end of the digital buying journey. Moreover, the implementation aims to open a new data network that allows Signifyd’s AI-powered decision model to provide optimum performance for Adobe Commerce merchants. The system’s capabilities enable Signifyd to offer a financial guarantee covering chargebacks on approved orders, regardless of reason, including disputes that arise from traditional payment fraud or consumer complaints.

According to officials, Adobe Commerce offers merchants the solutions that they require to provide their customers with improved online experiences. Signifyd aims to extend these experiences to checkout and the payment process, increasing conversion for merchants while also growing their revenue and maximising customer lifetime value. Considering that the key principle of Payment Services for Adobe Commerce is to offer a high level of transaction intelligence, reporting, and security to clients, Signifyd’s network and capabilities intend to provide improved payment decision accuracy for Adobe’s payment protection offerings.

The partnership also supplies Payment Services for Adobe Commerce merchants with Signifyd’s insight into more than 600 million digital wallets. Due to the extended network, when a shopper transacts on Signifyd’s Commerce Network, the company recognises elements of the transaction 98% of the time. According to Signifyd’s analysis, this insight supported 600 of its customers to realise a 5% to 9% increase in approved orders.
