Mobile Embrace partners with SingTel

Mobile Embrace, an Australian mobile payments and mobile marketing company, has entered an agreement with telecommunications operator SingTel to extend its presence across Asia.

Under the terms of the agreement, Mobile Embrace is set to provide direct billing services to the telcos customers in Singapore who want on-demand entertainment on their smartphones.

SingTel also owns Australian telco Optus and businesses in Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.

In recent news, Mobile Embrace has unveiled the US expansion of its m-payments business, Convey, with the launch on US mobile carrier Sprint.
