Two years ago Anachron implemented a hybrid e-documents solution at Volvo Cars Netherlands. The solution sends out all invoices and other documents electronically to 115 dealers across the Netherlands. The credit module allows dealers to send different types of sales and business requests to the headquarters of Volvo Cars NL. Based on the type of request, the documents follow a certain road for management, validation and archiving.
Each request has its own set of rules and documents. The documents can be attached and validated after which the approval stage starts. The predefined rules safeguard the process, but offer enough space for fast and controlled document flow. Once all steps have been completed, the dealer (group) automatically receives the required documents for continuing the business process.
In recent news, Anachron has signed a partnership with HSO, an IT services provider and Microsoft Gold Partner, to assist Microsoft Dynamics AX users.
